TOUR PRICES
The tour prices are quoted in US Dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the prices mentioned herein, Sense Nature Adventures reserves the right to pass on any increases to the agent or client.
RESERVATION POLICY
All confirmations for safari programs or any other tours should be notified to Sense Nature Adventures in writing. Upon confirmation, you will be issued with a booking form which must be completed to enable us to fully confirm the booking. Bookings that are confirmed should be processed under the terms and conditions of the contract.
PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking/confirmation. The balance is due 45 days before commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 45 days of the departure date the whole amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation or agreement can take place (Terms and condition apply).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing. Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees under the following terms:
All travel months | Between 120 and 91 days prior to arrival | 25% of total accommodation cost |
All travel months | Between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival | 50% of total accommodation cost |
All travel months | Between 60 days and 0 days prior to arrival/NO SHOW | 100% of total accommodation cost |
ITINERARY CHANGES
Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be noted that the hoteliers in Tanzania may be obliged to occasionally change routes on safaris as dictated by changing conditions.
Such conditions may be brought about by seasonal rainfall on bush tracks, airfields and in game areas, by game migrations from one region to another, or airline or other booking problems, etc. This is beyond our control however Sense Nature Adventures will communicate with client/agent for such itinerary or accommodation changes and any cost incurred in such circumstances will be passed on to client/agent.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will be glad to advise hotels of any special requests, provided we receive them at time of booking. For special room requests like adjacent, adjoining or interconnecting, we will do all we can to secure these rooms where and when possible. Regrettably, requests cannot be guaranteed.
TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN
We welcome children of all ages however some lodges/camps have a set limit age for children. When travelling with a child, you have the sole responsibility for ensuring that the child follows all safety and rules throughout the tour. For safety and security purposes, children less than 12 years of age must be booked in a room with at least one adult. Exceptions may be granted under certain circumstances with parental consent. All children must be accompanied on activities by a parent or guardian.
Many properties do offer babysitting services; however, they may not be available at all the hotels. This can directly be arranged with a hotel staff. Additional fee for these services may apply.
FINAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Final documents will be sent to you 30 days prior to arrival. These documents include your final tour itinerary, airline tickets (if applicable) and other general information about the country. All these documents will be sent through to you via email.
PASSENGER INFORMATION
- We recommend all Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris.
- All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
- Baggage on internal light air craft/flights is strictly limited to 15 kgs per person (including hand luggage).
- Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
- Passengers arriving to Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
COMPLAINTS
For any complaints related to our staff or services while on the tour, please contact our operations or Duty Manager. The contact numbers for the Managers will be provided to you before your arrival in Tanzania.
For any complaints related to tour, please contact the Company Operations directly.
If you wish to escalate the complaint on return from your trip, please contact us via email within 7 working days in order for us to investigate accordingly. Please ensure to send us as much details as possible in order for us to focus on key issues and provide a comprehensive response to your complaint.
ADDITIONAL REMARKS
- We may have to reroute the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges/camps in case of non- availability depending on your program.
- Prices for domestic flights, airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you.
- In order to qualify for the low season rates tour must start and finish within the specified dates.
- If any safari starts in low season and ends in peak/high season, we have to pro rata the cost accordingly.
Upon written confirmation, the client/agent accepts the above terms and conditions.
